In response to this brief, we introduced a thoughtfully designed mezzanine floor to expand the office's footprint, transforming it into a dedicated meeting room. The addition of this level not only maximized the available space but also helped redefine the office’s spatial flow. At the heart of this transformation is the custom-designed spiral staircase, which serves as the focal point of the office. The staircase, a true feat of engineering, took two weeks to fabricate and another two weeks to install, becoming both a functional and aesthetic centerpiece of the workspace.

The overall design embraces a modern industrial aesthetic, with the inclusion of mild steel frame windows that allow for abundant natural light to flood the space. This emphasis on natural light was key to boosting positive energy and creating an environment that feels both vibrant and inspiring. To complement this, we selected engineered wood flooring and matte-stained veneer joinery, infusing the office with a warm, inviting atmosphere that balances the more industrial elements of the design.
