Client Brief:

The goal was to create a cozy, multifunctional living area that blends seamlessly into a personal library and a productive workspace. The client often works from home and prefers the spacious living area for her tasks. She also wanted designated spots to display her books and, most importantly, to have peaceful corners for reading and relaxation.

Design Approach:

To meet these needs, we transformed the living room into a dynamic, flexible space that effortlessly transitions from a comfortable work area to a personal library. Bookshelves were carefully designed and integrated into the living room, making the client's book collection an integral part of the space. We also created cozy reading nooks, both in the living room and the bedroom, offering her various spots to indulge in her love of reading.

The design features a warm, earthy color palette that flows seamlessly throughout the home, contributing to a calm, restful atmosphere. Soft, inviting tones were chosen to ensure a cozy, peaceful environment, perfect for both productivity and relaxation.

Lighting Design:

Lighting was a key consideration to set the right mood for different activities. We selected ambient lighting that transitions smoothly from day to night, allowing the space to adapt to both work and play. This thoughtful lighting scheme enhances the overall warmth and comfort of the home, helping to create an ideal setting for both focused work and restful evenings.
